Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers and also to take into account our company's costs and commitments.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to find an alternative time for your reservation or refund you in full.

  • However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled activity time, or if you simply don't show up, we will not be able to refund your reservation. This is because we have to cover our own costs and commitments.
